CSR @ Xeem

Through our commitment to engage in various social contribution activities including those for youth support, and through NGO organizations, we aim to translate our CSR activities and continue to bring together our team to pursue initiatives as real partners to the local community.

We have therefore identified 3 key focus areas for our CSR activities, aiming to contribute to improvement of local communities and building of local best practices, through

Excel with Corporates	We provide high quality service to our clients by conducting business based on outstanding consulting knowledge and skills. We utilize the experience and skills of our qualified team to promote Excellence and continuous improvement concepts and practices in all what we do
Excel with Communities	We utilize the experience and skills of our distinctive team to promote Sustainability and CSR awareness and carry out relevant activities based on international CSR standards such as ISO 26000, IRI, GRI. We actively support national NGO initiatives, such as the OCA Oman Cancer Association in planning and launching its national Survivorship and Patient Social Support program, and the Early intervention centre in assessing its QHSE Set up and practices through ‘My School is Safe’ program. One of our greatest focus is related to community support initiatives, where we have participated in projects carried out by local teams such as the Special Olympics.
Aspire with People	We strongly support and nurture talents to draw their goals and conceptualize their notions. We offer learning platform for interns through a structured and practical internship program. We develop programs for developing leadership and presentation skills in youth, through ‘VoiceRUs’ initiative.
